How to lose weight, sculpt your beautiful body with Yum Paleo and Exercise
Now, on with the workout! I have taken time to share with you some exercises to help you get startedLeg extensions.
While you are seated in a sturdy chair with a band around your ankles.
Hold one leg still and raise the other leg until it is parallel to the floor. Return to the starting position and repeat while alternating legs.
Standing arm row. Move to the center of the band with one foot.
Hold the other end of the band with both fists.
Pull both fist up towards your underarms. Repeat
Chest pull. Grab the band with your hands and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Extend your arms straight out in front of you.
Slowly pull your arms apart, stretching the band until your hands are on either side of you and parallel to the floor.
Bring your arms back slowly. Repeat.
Outer thigh lift. While you lay on your side with the band around your ankles.
Lift your top leg slowly, with your heel turned up towards the ceiling.
This keeps your foot from pointing, which will in turn keeps thigh lined up correctly for absolute gains from this exercise.
Finally lower your leg slowly. Repeat on the other side. Outer thigh press. Lie on your back with the band around your ankles and your hands under your buttocks. Spread your legs apart, stretching the band.
Finally bring them back together slowly.

Setting Up Your Home Gym
Wondering how to set up a home gym, here are few tips which I have added to make it easy and effective.
Location. It is very crucial for you to select a proper spot in the house where you will set up the equipment that can be used for your exercise. Like a well illuminated and properly ventilated room.
There has to be plenty of room for you to move around without obstructions.
Soft wood floors are most efficient, if your have rugs or carpets make sure the equipments are positioned firmly so they don’t slip and slide during workouts.
Time. You have to create time to workout, your exercise time should totally be yours, free of distractions.
You could try scheduling your exercise around when there’s only few people at home so you can concentrate more.
Put your phone away while exercising, unless you are on a stationary bike.
Treat yourself. Make sure to treat yourself good after every workout.
20- 30 minutes in your at -home spa (bathroom.)
Enjoy long scented bath or shower, while your music is being played in the background.
After toweling yourself dry, slather yourself with body lotion or talc powder and then have a nice herbal tea or a cool glass of water.
